- Designing the questionnaire This is very simple and requires no design or technical skill. You can do a dry-run on the questionnair to see how it looks and feels.
- Inviting candidates This is a three stage process.
- Select the questionnaire and any reference numbers.
- Enter the candidates email address and name in the pre-formed email.
- Send.
The candidate is allocated a tracking number and the email is sent with a URL incorporating that number.
- Questionnaire completion When the candidate receives the email all they have to do is click on the link and they will taken to this site. As soon as they arrive here, the system will track them as they enter details in the supplied questionnaire.
- Results & Reports The results are available as soon as the first candidate completes the first page and these results will be updated on a continuous basis as more candidates complete their questionnaires. The results can be downloaded and imported into a local database or spreadsheet.
